Train with me in person in my studio gym in Hickory, North Carolina for a reasonable fee. Multiple package sessions available! The frequency of your workouts is up to you and your skill level. I include a full workout plan for your use!
This plan is yours to keep with a minimum two session purchase. Plans are customized to your goals. Runners may want to add strength training regime of two sessions per week. Weight loss clients, target three sessions a week with cardio sessions as homework!
Clients targeting body toning, strength and fat loss can elect to train the way I do with a five or six day program. Personal training is personal to your goals, but also geared toward results!
